This hotel has singles, doubles, twin rooms, triples, and suites. All rooms are bright and comfortable with Simmons bedding and attractive modern furnishings. Rooms are also supplied with free Wi-Fi internet access, a TV, a refrigerator, a writing desk, a digital safe, a hair dryer, pajamas, a kettle, a tea set, mineral water, and Japanese tea.

Breakfast & Dining

Cross Hotel has two restaurants, a café, and a bar. Food allergies and special dietary needs can be catered for if you inform the hotel in advance of your stay.

Restaurant Glamourous-X is a buffet restaurant on the 3rd floor which serves breakfast, and lunch. The breakfast buffet is open from 7.00 to 10.00 every day and serves a mixture of Japanese and Western dishes. Eggs are cooked on the spot and scrambled, fried, or flipped into omelettes at your request. For lunch the healthy salad, and dessert buffets are very popular.

Shinsaibashi Lime is a casual restaurant in the B1 basement level of the hotel which is decorated with wall-to-wall aquariums for a unique dining experience. The European style menu features Hokkaido cheese fondues, wagyu beef steak, and pasta dishes.
Open: 18.00 – 24.00 (Until 25.00 on Fridays and Saturdays)

Tables on the 1st floor of the hotel is a café serving a variety of cakes, pastries, and soft drinks.
Open: 9.00 – 23.00

Bar Seagull is a sophisticated spot on the 3rd floor of the hotel serving beers, wines, whiskies, and cocktails. Enjoy a drink while overlooking the view of Osaka’s main street: Midosuji Boulevard.
Open: 17.00 to 24.00

Other Services & Facilities

Luggage can be kept at the front desk before checking in or after checking out. A paid laundry service is available on request. Raincoats and umbrellas can be borrowed from the front desk. Staff can also help with calling taxis and booking local restaurants.

Drinks vending machines and ice-making machines are available on every floor.

Toiletries, sweets, candles, mineral waters, and original Cross Hotel Osaka pajamas and pillows are available to buy in the hotel shop on the 1st floor.

Parking is available on the B2 basement level on a first-come first-served basis. The parking fee is 2,500 yen per one night stay (14:00 to 12:00 next day).

Access

Cross Hotel Osaka is located close to the entrance of Shinsaibashisuji shopping arcade and is a short walk from the Dotonbori entertainment district. It is a 4 minute walk from Namba Subway Station, a 6 minute walk from Osaka-Namba Station for the Kintetsu and Hankyu railway lines, an 8 minute walk from Shinsaibashi Subway Station, and an 11 minute walk from JR Namba Station.
