The hotel can be reached from JR Osaka Station without going outside, which is useful in bad weather or when traveling with luggage.

For JR arrivals, the Central Exit and Sakurabashi Exit offer the shortest routes to the hotel, while the barrier-free route uses the Link Bridge Exit and South Central Elevators 1, 2, or 3 to the 19th-floor front desk.
