Remm Shin-Osaka has 296 guest rooms with single room, twin room, and economy double room options. Economy double rooms have semi-double beds. Connected rooms are also available, and there is a Universal Twin Room with a barrier-free design for wheelchair users. In addition, there are some special Ladies Rooms for the exclusive use of female guests. Ladies’ Rooms have special amenities which include Magic Moon air fresheners, hair irons, facial lotions and cleansers. All the rooms are sound-proofed, clean, comfortable, and have splendid city views.

Corner Twin Room
All rooms come with air conditioning, wired and wireless internet access, a small refrigerator, a TV with satellite channels, an air purifier, a massage chair, an electric kettle and tea making facilities, a hair dryer, and nightwear. All bathrooms have a rain shower and a toilet with an electric bidet. Some twin rooms also have a bath tub. Bathroom amenities include a full set of towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, tooth brushes, hair brushes, shaving razors, and cotton buds. Guests can choose their own pillows for their beds, with feather pillows and memory foam pillows among the options. A free bottle of mineral water is provided in each room.

Breakfast & Dining
Breakfast is served every day at Café and Dining Kouji from 6.30 to 11.00 with last orders at 10.30. Guests have a choice between a Japanese or a Western style set breakfast. The Japanese breakfast comes with rice, miso soup, salad, pickles, and a choice between mackerel or salmon. The Western breakfast comes with soup, bread, salad, scrambled eggs, vegetables, and a choice between ham or sausage. Breakfast is 1,300 yen for hotel guests (or 1,500 yen for regular customers). Breakfast vouchers can be obtained from the hotel reception desk.
Café and Dining Kouji is located just outside the hotel entrance
Café and Dining Kouji is a public restaurant on the 3rd floor of the Shin-Osaka Hankyu Building, and it is located just outside the hotel entrance. Apart from breakfast, this restaurant serves Japanese style meals for lunch from 11.00 till 17.00, and dinner from 16.30 till 23.00. Last orders for lunch are at 16.30, and last orders for dinner are at 22.15. Specialty dishes include sukiyaki, pork cutlets, deep fried kushikatsu style skewered meat and vegetables. If you are thirsty they also have a “beer set” which consists of a beer with a choice of snacks.
Other Services & Facilities
Reception desk staff at Remm Shin-Osaka are friendly, polite, and happy to help with enquiries. Check-in time is from 14.00 and check-out time is by 12.00. Guests can leave their luggage at reception before checking in and after checking out. However, if you wish to leave your luggage at reception overnight, there is a 100 yen fee per item and per night.
A variety of teas and bathroom toiletries are available at reception
This hotel has a laundry service available but guests can also use the self-service laundry with coin-operated machines.
English language morning and evening newspapers are available on request at reception.
There are drinks vending machines on all the guest room floors and ice making machines on floors 12, 14, and 16.

Location
Remm Shin-Osaka Hotel is located within the Shin-Osaka Hankyu Building which is directly connected to Shin-Osaka Station. From the JR or shinkansen ticket gates on the 3rd floor of the station you can walk directly to the hotel entrance. From the subway gates on the 2nd floor of station building it is a 4 minute walk. The hotel lobby is on the 12th floor of the Shin-Osaka Hankyu Building and guest rooms are on floors 12 to 17.
