Karaksa Hotel Osaka Namba has 112 guest rooms. Most of these are either Twin Rooms which have two large single beds, or “Twin Rooms with an Extra Bed” which have two large single beds plus one smaller single bed.
There is just one Semi-Double Room. This compact room is suitable for single travelers or couples. It features an attached bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. The Semi-Double Room is also barrier-free and suitable for wheelchair users.
Connecting rooms with interconnecting inner doors can also be booked, and this feature is popular with families and larger groups.
All rooms have air conditioning and heating, a flat screen TV, a refrigerator, an electric kettle with tea making facilities, a hair dryer, pajamas, and slippers.
The Semi-Double Room is the only room which has a bathtub in the adjoining bathroom. Other rooms have a shower booth and wash basin, with a separate toilet. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toothbrush kits are all supplied for free.
All guest rooms are non-smoking, but there are designated smoking areas on the first floor.

A complimentary buffet-style breakfast is available from 7.00 to 10.00 in the first floor restaurant with last entry at 9.30. Breakfast includes ham, eggs, vegetables, cereals, breads, pastries, coffee, juices, and other items.
For other meals there are a large number of restaurants, cafes, bars, and casual izakaya style taverns in the area surrounding the hotel. Guests can enjoy local specialties such as yakiniku barbecued beef, and tako-yaki octopus dumplings, or more international fare such as hamburgers, pizza, and French cuisine. Even more choice is available in Dotonbori which is just 5 minutes on foot from the hotel.
There is also a Family Mart convenience store a one minute walk from the hotel, where guests can buy snacks, drinks, and other cheap groceries.
Other Services & Facilities
This hotel has a 24 hour front desk, with friendly, helpful, multilingual staff. Check-in time is from 15.00 and check-out time is by 11.00. Luggage can be left at the front desk before checking in or after checking out. A delivery service is also available and packing materials can be provided by the reception staff.
The following items can be borrowed from reception: a combined air purifier and humidifier, a trouser press, chargers for mobile phones and smart phones, extension cords, voltage converters, a steam iron, nail clippers, sewing sets, games such as Othello and chess, and playing cards.
There are security deposit boxes in the first floor lobby which guests can use to store their valuables.

Location
Karaksa Hotel Osaka Namba lies between Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori and is well placed for both. It is an 8 minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station on the Midosuji and Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi lines, and a 7 minute walk from Namba Subway Station on the Midosuji, Yotsubashi, and Sennichimae lines. Osaka-Namba Station on the Hanshin and Kintetsu lines is a 6 minute walk away, and JR Namba Station on the Yamatoji Line is a 9 minute walk away.
