Guest rooms at Sheraton Miyako Hotel come with single beds, twin beds, double beds, king sized beds, and super king sized beds. All rooms have air conditioning, free wi-fi internet access, an LCD TV, a refrigerator, an electric kettle and tea set, a mini bar, a hair dryer, nightwear, slippers, and a closet with hangers. Bathrooms come supplied with a washlet style bidet, and the following amenities: tooth brushes, shaving razors, hair brushes, combs, cotton buds, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a set of towels.

There are also a range of luxurious suites on the 18th floor with upgraded amenities. Guests staying on the 18th floor are granted access to the Sheraton Club Lounge and can enjoy coffee, cocktails, beer and other drinks there free of charge.

Eu is an elegant restaurant and lounge area serving French cuisine with Japanese ingredients.

Uemachi is a Japanese restaurant serving traditional and contemporary seasonal dishes.

Top of Miyako is a buffet restaurant and cocktail lounge on the top floor of the hotel.

Shisen is a relaxed Chinese restaurant serving traditional Sichuan cuisine.

Ayakaji is a casual izakaya style pub and eatery specializing in fresh seafood dishes.

Bar Eu is a softly lit spot to enjoy evening cocktails.

Café Belle is a café and bakery serving cakes, pastries and other confections to eat in or take away.

Health Club & Pool

This hotel has a health club, sauna, and indoor heated swimming pool. However, this is only open for club members. Hotel guests who aren’t club members will have to pay a fee to use the facilities.

This hotel has a 24 hour front desk and a concierge service in the 2nd floor lobby.

The following items can be borrowed for free from reception: a humidifier, an air purifier, an iron and ironing board, a trouser press, a hair curling dryer, a reading lamp, an extension cord, an electric fan, a bathroom scale, child-size nightwear and slippers, a crib, and a wheelchair.
