This hotel has two restaurants and a bakery.
Breakfast is served in the Chinese restaurant Gihan Ebisudo on the 2nd floor and consists of a healthy traditional rice porridge called “congee” along with dim sum dumplings and a variety of appetizing side dishes. On weekdays breakfast is available from 6.30 to 10.00 with last orders at 9.30. On weekends and holidays breakfast is available from 7.00. This restaurant is also open for lunch on weekdays and for dinner on weekdays and Saturdays.
Shinchi Yamamoto is a Michelin-starred traditional Japanese restaurant on the 1st floor serving exquisite kaiseki style multi-course meals. This restaurant is open from 18.00 Monday to Saturday and closed on Sundays. Reservations are required.
Salon de Grand Marble is a Danish bakery on the 1st floor selling cake and bread which is open on weekdays from 12.00 to 24.30.
For daily groceries, snacks and drinks there is a 24 hour convenience store 2 minutes from the hotel and a supermarket which is just 1 minute away on foot.

The Rise Osaka Kitashinchi is located in the Kitashinchi district which is just south of Umeda and famous as an entertainment area with a rich mix of restaurants, bars, and clubs. The hotel is 12 minute walk south of Osaka Station for JR lines and Umeda Subway Station on the Midosuji Subway Line. The nearest station is Kitashinchi Station on the Tozai Line which is a 6 minute walk away.
